This provider needs to work on her bedside manner. She did not look at my chart prior to meeting with me which resulted in her not understand why I was truly there. She showed no compassion. She did not do an assessment on me or even assess the area that I was concern. I would never go back to this provider.

Conversation felt rushed and I tried to ask questions and I felt I was on the defense. I was trying to understand what the plan was going to be. By the end of the appointment I had decided I was going to go to a different doctor.

For having the doctor the first time, did not think she really investigated on my health questions or concerns. More of a general questions. This was the first time I ever met her.

Dr was rude . Would not listen . And was extremely condescending. I will be looking for a new doctor .

This was my first time seeing *Dr. Ross - and it will definitely be the last. She was not personable at all - very cold - very short & with t total lack of caring. Not only did she act like she did not want to treat my issue even tho I was very sick, but when she did prescribe meds she stated she would absolutely not give me what my previous doctors in your office had prescribed which we proved had worked to resolve my very sick issue. Your *Dr. Ross really has no bedside manner & obviously does not want to take care of your patients.

I asked her to be my primary physician. I was very pleased and she was extremely thorough and polite.

Set up referral after brief discussion, also set up an ultrasound to be done before I see this new specialist. Did refills for meds, Did a brief physical exam.

Dr Ross gave very precise information about my meditations and the necessity of them.

Told the doctor I was having a reoccurring problem with my stomach and my digestion , how it was affecting me and the doctor seemed to not really care or dismissed the problem. Did not propose any type of diagnosis or possible treatments I could do.

Dr.Ross made me feel comfortable and listened to any concerns I had. She seemed very knowledgeable, especially since it was my first visit with her.

First time with shawn ross, as I had been a patient of dr. Baker for 25+ years. Time will tell, regarding dr. Ross. But 1st visit was good.

Care provider did not ask about my symptoms or illness. Gave me a survey about depression and told me to seek mental health care. I had to beg for testing to be ordered as she told me my symptoms didn't warrant testing. I received the test results via mychart. I never received a phone call regarding the results one way or the other. This was one if the worst visits I have ever had. It made me feel like I wasn't being heard about my illness.

She called back to inform me of test results.
