Dr. Proctor is great!
Dr. Proctor and her assistants have always interacted with me by demonstrating a degree of professionalism and compassion indicative to that of a family member . For this reason I returned to Dr. Proctor's practice (after three years with another office). I feel secure in her diagnosis and course of treatment...and SHE ALWAYS asks if I have concerns with the choices...if I understand the diagnosis and comfortable with course of treatment and what results should be.

Not only did Dr. Proctor know about my health, she also knew that my daughter (who she also sees) had been to urgent care for an ear infection over the weekend. I told my husband and mother about Dr. Proctor taking a moment to ask about my daughter and everyone was very impressed. It really takes a lot of effort to know little details about all of your patients and it puts the family in family doctor. I tell everyone if I ever ended up in the hospital again, I would want Dr. Proctor running point on my care. I trust Dr. Proctor and know that she listens and cares about my health and quality of life.
