Kim Rogers didn't pressure me to use the scale and when she realized I had lost around 30 pounds since last year, she complimented me. I was greatly appreciative and she answered my questions about how the weight loss affected my use of the CPAP and how it had impacted my sleep apnea.

I enjoy meeting with Kimberly Ann Rogers. She is professional, a great listener and dispenses easy to understand responses to my questions. She also provided me with information regarding my past 3 months activity re: bi-pap.

I felt this belittled from the moment I stepped into the appointment. She had never met me before this appointment. She was argumentative and aggressive, and I said very little. Honestly, a traumatizing experience. I felt attacked and I said nothing. It was an awful experience.
Seemed to want me to accept her choice of care and that I didn't have the intelligence to know what I needed with my machine. Had to insist on the change to my machine. Not a good experience.
I always have a great experience with Kimberly. She is professional, kind and focuses on me. She isn't doing 12 things at once. During that moment, I feel as if I am getting 100% of Kimberly's attention.
