We opted for the telemedicine visit because my CPAP device was giving an error message, and it wasn't possible for me to come in physically due to work travel. Even though I provided pictures of the device serial number, the error message, and the hours on the motor, we HAD to have a visit for insurance purposes. When we started the televisit. Kims screen froze. I could hear her audio, and she was saying my screen froze. She she called me on my phone, and we finished the call over the phone. The net outcome was that yes, I needed a new CPAP, and she would get one in order.

This is my second visit with *Ms. Roger's - she has never introduced herself. She always seems to be in a rush.
She answered any questions I had.
I explained that the CPAP data collected does not reflect my poor sleep quality. She offered no workable solution. Maybe there are none, but I didn't feel like she was trying very hard.
Dr was was very caring and helpful.
The NP was very attentive to my needs. She included me in the discussion and made sure all of my questions were answered. When we were finished, she walked me out to the scheduler. The NP was very professional.
Could not ask for anyone better.
