The 2021 election for the three at-large Group C seats on the St. Elizabeth Provider Network (SEPN) Board of Directors has concluded.   

Group C membership has elected Dr. Ben Jones of Seven Hills Anesthesia and Dr. Brian Shay of The Urology Group and re-elected Dr. David Stanforth of Compass Emergency Physicians.  The new two-year terms of these board members commence January 1, 2022 and conclude December 31, 2023.  

These new directors join current Group C board members Dr. Matthew Grunkemeyer of OrthoCincy, Dr. Ross McHenry of Tri-State Gastroenterology Associates and Dr. Brad Miller of Radiology Associates of Northern Kentucky.   

The SEPN Board of Directors oversees the operations of SEPN. Group C represents independent participants in SEPN.   

The SEPN Board of Directors consists of equal representation of St. Elizabeth Healthcare (SEH), St. Elizabeth Physicians (SEP) and the participating independent practice groups. Board members advocate for all SEPN members, the communities served by SEPN and those who partner with SEPN to deliver care. This includes all aspects of healthcare delivery in Northern Kentucky, the role of private practices, health systems, payers and employers.
