Results of the 2019 SEPN Board of Directors Election

The 2019 election for the three at-large Group C seats on the St. Elizabeth Provider Network (SEPN) Board of Directors has concluded.

Group C membership has elected Dr. David Stanforth of Compass Emergency Physicians and re-elected Dr. Dan Brannon of Seven Hills Anesthesia and Dr. Emily Woeste of Seven Hills Women’s Centers. The new two-year terms of these board members commence January 1, 2020, and expire December 31, 2021.

These new directors join current Group C board members Dr. Ross McHenry of Tri-State Gastroenterology Associates, Dr. Brad Miller of Radiology Associates of Northern Kentucky and Dr. Brian Shay of The Urology Group.

The SEPN Board of Directors oversees the operations of SEPN. Group C represents independent participants in SEPN.

The SEPN Board of Directors consists of equal representation of St. Elizabeth Healthcare (SEH), St. Elizabeth Physicians (SEP) and the participating independent practice groups. Board members advocate for all SEPN members, the communities served by SEPN and those who partner with SEPN to deliver care. This includes all aspects of healthcare delivery in Northern Kentucky, the role of private practices, health systems, payers and employers.

Please join us in congratulating Drs. Brannon, Stanforth and Woeste on their selection to the board.
