Crestview Hills, KY— Women of all ages are invited to a special event and screening in recognition of Heart Month on Monday, February 15 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Dillard’s in Crestview Hills Town Center. Cardiovascular screenings will be offered on the St. Elizabeth CardioVascular Mobile Health Unit and women who participate or who join our free Women Take Heart program will receive a special gift and be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift basket from Dillard’s.
Heart disease is the number one killer of women, but there are things all women can do to lower their risk. Women can learn their numbers and assess their overall cardiac health through the St. Elizabeth Cardiovascular Mobile Health Unit. Four screenings will be available: peripheral artery disease, abdominal aortic aneurysm, carotid artery disease/stroke, and cardiac age health risk assessment. Cost for each screening is just $25 or $100 for all four. In addition to the screening, women will receive a special gift. Women may also stop by the St. Elizabeth table at Dillard’s and learn more about women’s heart health and sign up for the free Women Take Heart program.
Advance registration for screenings is required by calling 859-301-WELL (9355).
