Meet Dr. Tyler Browning Highlands High School Team Physician Tyler Browning, MD is a Primary Care Sports medicine physician and has been with St Elizabeth Healthcare since 2009. He is a native of Ft. Thomas and graduated from Highlands High School before completing a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Kentucky. He went on to complete his Medical School Education at the University of Kentucky. He returned home to complete his Family Medicine Residency and Primary Care Sports Fellowship through St Elizabeth Healthcare in 2009. During residency he served as both the Chief Resident and House Staff President as well as began a role as the Team Physician for Scott High School and as an Assistant Team Physician for Thomas Moore University. In 2016 began providing coverage to Newport High School and Highlands High School. In 2021, Dr. Browning transitioned to remaining the Primary Care Team Physician for Highlands High School along with continuing his role as an Assistant Team Physician with Thomas Moore University. He maintains an active Sports Medicine practice along with a Primary Care practice and Nocturnist House Physician for St Elizabeth Fort Thomas Hospital. BROWNING LEARN MORE Meet Dr. Nicholas Gates Highlands High School Team Physician Dr. Gates’ practice has been dedicated to Foot and Ankle Surgery and Sports Medicine since 1998. Following graduation from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Dr. Gates completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Mt. Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. He then completed a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. He is the only orthopaedic surgeon based in Northern Kentucky (and one of only a few in Greater Cincinnati) who specializes in foot and ankle care. SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR.
