Community Health Event: Diabetic Screening
St. Elizabeth Physicians is offering a community diabetic screening program at several locations conveniently located throughout Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana. The diabetic screening event is open to St. Elizabeth Physician diabetic patients aged 18 years and older.
