Advance care planning is the process of sharing and documenting a person’s preference for medical treatment if they are unable to speak for themselves. Join us as we talk about how Advance Directives (sometimes called Living Wills) make all the difference, not only to us as individuals but to our families. Anyone over 18 is invited to attend as well as PrimeWise members.
