This two-day externship will provide educators and counselors an opportunity to learn more about the variety of careers in the healthcare industry that they can then share with their students back in the classroom. A number of skill sets, competencies and shadowing experiences will be provided to participants in order to gain a well-rounded knowledge of the healthcare career field. This program would be especially beneficial to science, math and technical program educators.
- Professional Development Credit is determined by each school district.
