Athletic Trainers

Mark B. is an Athletic Trainer with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. He holds a bachelor of arts in philosophy and a minor in athletic training from Northern Kentucky University. He is certified by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, and licensed by the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure as an Athletic Trainer.






Dominic F. is a Manager of Ambulatory Rehabilitation for St. Elizabeth Healthcare. He holds a bachelor of arts in athletic training from Franklin College and a master of education in sport administration from Xavier University. He is certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association, and licensed licensure/certification in the state of KY.

Dominic is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Previously, Dominic served as the Athletic Training Graduate Assistant at Northern Kentucky University. He has also served as the Manager of the Sports Health and Wellness Center where he coordinated Athletic Training coverage for Bishop Brossart and Cooper High Schools and conducted Sports Performance and Fitness programs for area athletes.



Occupational Therapists

Tamara (Tami) E. is an Occupational Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned degrees in occupational therapy and psychology from Eastern Kentucky University.

She has previously worked in acute rehab and long term care, and is currently focusing on the acute care setting. In addition to patient care, Tami also serves as a clinical instructor for occupational therapist and occupational therapy assistant students.

Tami has been to several continuing education courses for treating patients with Traumatic Brain Injury and Parkinson’s Disease.


Annette E. is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She holds a bachelor of science in occupational therapy from the University of North Dakota.

Annette has worked in long term care, home health and mental health. Her current interests are lymphedema treatment and stroke rehabilitation. She enjoys working with the geriatric population and assists patients with therapy in the acute care and outpatient settings. Annette serves as a clinical instructor for occupational therapist and occupational therapy assistant students.


Anne H. is an Occupational Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She holds a bachelor of science in occupational therapy from Eastern Kentucky University where she also minored in Psychology.

Anne is Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) Certified and has an interest in the treatment of patients with burns, neurological disorders, acute care therapy and education/training regarding ergonomics. She has attended many continuing education courses including the National Burn Conferences. In addition, Anne serves as a clinical instructor for occupational therapy students.


Melissa K. is an Occupational Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where she earned her bachelor of science in occupational therapy.

Melissa currently works in the skilled nursing facility setting where she excels at developing relationships with her patients and their families. She routinely completes family training to ensure the patient is discharged to a safe environment. Her special interest is in the rehabilitation of geriatric patients.


Melissa (Missy) M. is an Occupational Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She holds a bachelor of science in occupational therapy from Eastern Kentucky University.

Missy has a special interest in acute care therapy, inpatient geriatric psychiatry and skilled nursing. She has completed numerous education courses focused on dementia and stroke treatments and is also certified in an early intervention program known as First Steps.



Nancy N. is an Occupational Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned her associate of applied sciences in university studies of science and mathematics from Morehead State University and her bachelor of science in occupational therapy from Eastern Kentucky University.

Nancy has attended numerous education courses regarding the geriatric population, treating patients with dementia and education regarding stroke. Her primary area of interest is skilled nursing.


Stephanie R. is an Occupational Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned her associate of applied sciences in mental health and human services from Northern Kentucky University and her bachelor of science in occupational therapy from Xavier University.

Stephanie enjoys working with the geriatric population and has worked in long term care and home health. She currently works in the skilled nursing and acute care areas.




Physical Therapists

Jonathan A. is a Physical Therapist and Site Supervisor with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. He earned his undergraduate degree from Thomas More College and his master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky. He is currently working on completing his doctorate degree in physical therapy.

Jonathan’s experience reflects a variety of techniques including multiple treatment approaches for spine pain and other orthopaedic problems. He is skilled in fabricating custom and semi-custom foot orthotics.

Jonathan is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).


Casey B. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She completed undergraduate work at Centre College and holds a bachelor of health science and a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Kentucky.

Casey is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Kentucky Physical Therapy Association (KPTA). She enjoys all aspects of generalized orthopaedics and maintains special interests in knee and shoulder pathologies. She has attended a variety of continuing education courses addressing various aspects of orthopaedics.

In 2013, Casey completed her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). This designation requires over 2,000 hours of direct patient care in the specialty area and passing a rigorous written examination. This distinguished accomplishment demonstrates Casey's commitment to professional development and personal growth.

Casey serves as a Clinical Instructor (CI) for physical therapist students. She has also been extensively involved in the development and rollout of new evidence based practice evaluations in our outpatient settings.



Kathy B. is a Specialty Program Coordinator - Sports Medicine and a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Sports Medicine. She received her bachelor of science in biology and minor in athletic training from Northern Kentucky University, her bachelor of health science in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky and her master of health science in physical therapy from the University of Indianapolis. She is also a certified athletic trainer.

In 2012, Kathy completed her recertification as a Sports Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Board after her initial ten year certification. This distinguished accomplishment demonstrates Kathy’s ongoing commitment to personal and professional growth.

Kathy’s areas of clinical interest are shoulder pathology and rehabilitation. She has also served as a member of the faculty at Northern Kentucky University in the Department of Biology and has presented at the Kentucky Athletic Trainer’s Symposium.

Kathy is the Clinic Coordinator of Clinical Education and serves to facilitate communication and placement of physical therapist and physical therapist assistant students within our facility. She is an Approved Clinical Instructor for Northern Kentucky University’s Athletic Training Program.

Kathy previously served as a Certified Athletic Trainer for Scott High School and Notre Dame High School. She currently provides game coverage throughout the year for our area schools.

Kathy is a three-time winner of St. Elizabeth Medical Center’s Excel award.


Danae B. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She is a graduate of Georgetown College where she earned her bachelor of science in exercise science and psychology. She has also earned her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Cincinnati.

Danae currently works in the outpatient setting specializing in the rehabilitation of shoulder and spine patients. Her special interests include manual therapy and orthopaedics, including running injuries.


Melissa B. is a Physical Therapist for St. Elizabeth Healthcare.  Melissa completed her undergraduate studies at Northern Kentucky University and subsequently earned her master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky. Melissa’s clinical interests include orthopaedics with a specialty in osteoporosis prevention and management.






Linda C. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned her bachelor of science from the University of Kentucky.









Natalia C. is a Physical Therapist with St Elizabeth Healthcare. She is a graduate of Rosario University-Colombian School of Rehabilitation, Bogota, Colombia -S.A. where she earned a bachelor of science in physical therapy.

Natalia enjoys working with a variety of patients from all age groups with symptoms ranging from orthopaedic to neurological disorders. She is experienced in both inpatient and outpatient settings.



Lynne D. is a Specialty Program Coordinator - Lymphedema/Oncology and a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Previously, she held the positions of Staff Physical Therapist and Senior Clinician.

Lynne earned her bachelor of health science from the University of Kentucky and her Juris Doctor from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law. She has been to multiple continuing education courses over the years for both clinical and administrative areas of interest. Lynne is a certified lymphedema therapist who also treats outpatient orthopaedics, neuro and general debility.


Jill D. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor of science in physical therapy.

Jill specializes in acute care therapy and has been to a variety of courses addressing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), dementia, cancer pain, balance, and geriatrics. In addition, she is the Clinical Coordinator of Clinical Education and a Clinical Instructor for physical therapist students.



Kara F. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She holds a master of physical therapy from the College of Mount St. Joseph.

Kara has previously worked in the outpatient and long term care settings. She currently specializes in acute care and has completed multiple continuing education courses. She is a Certified Geriatric Strength Trainer and has attended courses associated with peripheral neuropathy and stroke.



Candace G. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned a bachelors degree in physical therapy from Mayo School of Health Related Sciences after completing her undergraduate studies at Valparaiso University. She began her healthcare career in Davenport, Iowa where she worked in a variety of areas.

Candace has been giving back to the PT community by serving as a clinical instructor for Physical Therapist students. Her clinical interests include temporomandibular disorders and orthopaedic areas with special interest in the spine. She has current experience treating patients in skilled nursing.


Jim G.
is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. He holds a bachelor of health science in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky.

Jim specializes as an outpatient physical therapist and has attended numerous continuing education courses for the lumbar and cervical spine, shoulder, knee and patellofemoral treatments.




Samantha (Sam) G. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She is a graduate of Hanover College where she earned a bachelor of arts in exercise science. She has also earned her doctorate of physical therapy from the College of Mount St. Joseph.

Sam enjoys working with both the inpatient and outpatient population. She has a special interest in spine, prenatal/postnatal rehab care and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Sam has attended several continuing education courses including the Rehabilitation Summit Conference in Boston, MA.


Amy G. currently serves as a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where she earned her bachelor’s degree in health administration and her master’s degree in physical therapy.

Amy is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Her special interests include orthopaedics and women's health issues/incontinence.



Brenda H. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned her undergraduate degree from St Louis University and her master’s degree in geriatrics from Miami University in Oxford.

Brenda’s special interest is geriatrics.






Jennifer H. is a Specialty Program Coordinator - Balance/Neurology and a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She holds a bachelor of health science in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky.

Jennifer has been to multiple continuing education courses including geriatric neurology, dementia, cardiovascular and pulmonary disease, balance, and introduction to NDT. She has previously served as the Clinical Coordinator for Clinical Education and a Clinical Instructor for physical therapist and physical therapy assistant students.

Jennifer is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association’s (APTA) Kentucky Chapter. She enjoys the geriatric population and has worked in skilled nursing, home health and acute care settings.


Nova H. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She completed undergraduate work at Northern Kentucky University and earned a bachelor of science in biology/chemistry and a master of health science in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky.

Nova has a special interest in the acute care setting and has completed several continuing education courses associated with acute care and wound care. She has been credentialed as a Clinical Instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and serves in that capacity for physical therapist and physical therapy assistant students.


Dana H. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned an associate of applied sciences as a Physical Therapy Assistant and a bachelor of science in human biology from the University of Indianapolis. She subsequently completed her doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of Findlay.

Dana shares an interest in both outpatient and acute care therapies.



Krista K. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Krista is a graduate of the University of Louisville where she earned a bachelor of science in exercise science, a bachelor of science in health science, and a master of physical therapy.

Krista’s special interest is acute orthopaedics. She is also a credentialed clinical instructor for physical therapist students from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).




Tom K. is a Physical Therapist for St. Elizabeth Healthcare. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where he earned a bachelor of business administration in Finance. He has also earned his master of physical therapy from the College of Mount St. Joseph.

Tom has experience with neurological rehabilitation and acute care. He has served as a clinical instructor providing training to physical therapy students during their clinical internships and he is certified in the Bioness L300 Foot Drop System.


Damara L. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She holds a bachelor of rehabilitative science and a master of physical therapy from The College of Mount Saint Joseph.

Damara is a trained and certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Lymphology Association of North America, providing care to sports edema, post-mastectomy, post-traumatic, wound clinic, and primary lymphedema patients. She currently serves on the Evidence-based Practice Committee and has served on gynecologic and breast cancer advisory boards, as well as the Safety Committee for St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and The National Lymphedema Network.

Damara is a Clinical Instructor for Physical Therapist Students and attends annual continuing education courses in sports medicine, lymphedema, wound care, peripheral neuropathy and other orthopaedic conditions to provide the best care for her patients.


Jacqueline L. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She is a graduate of Butler University where she earned her bachelor of science in chemistry. She has also earned her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Indianapolis.

Jacqueline currently works in the inpatient setting specializing in the rehabilitation of post-operative shoulder replacements and spine surgical patients. She works closely with the orthopaedic surgeons on the inpatient ortho/spine unit. Her areas of interest are orthopaedics and geriatrics.


Eric M. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. He earned master’s degrees in physical therapy from the University of Evansville; and business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Eric has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient rehab, home health, and acute inpatient. He received an advanced certification from the McKenzie International Institute for mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the spine.

Eric is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association (KPTA) with additional memberships in both the orthopaedic and health policy and administration sections.

Eric enjoys treating a variety of patients including those with complex back and neck problems as well as those with other orthopaedic issues.


Jennifer M. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She holds a bachelor of health science in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky.

Jennifer has experience in many settings including home health, nursing homes, work hardening/work conditioning, constraint-induced therapy, and inpatient and outpatient rehab. She has worked in the acute care setting and enjoys working with patients in the medical and surgical intensive care units. She enjoys serving the geriatric population and sharing of their history.


Rich N. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he earned his physical therapist assistant degree and his bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.

Rich has worked with a wide variety of the patient population including neurological rehab, general acute care, and orthopaedics. He has a special interest in injuries to the spine and is endorsed by the American Back Pain Center for low back, thoracic and neck injuries including headache, migraine, TMJ, and facial pain.


Michelle O. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and her master of science in physical therapy from the Medical College of Virginia (Virginia Commonwealth University). Throughout her career, Michelle has worked in Virginia, Texas and Kentucky as a Physical Therapist specializing in acute care.





Cherie P. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where she earned her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.

Cherie has experience in treating both inpatients and outpatients. Her clinical expertise is in treatment of patients with orthopaedic problems.





Lisa R. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She is a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University where she earned a bachelor of science in psychology and a master’s degree in physical therapy.

Lisa enjoys treating the geriatric population. She has been to numerous continuing education courses including Geriatric Depression, Pharmacology, Lumbar Stabilization, and Leadership Skills in Management.



Linda R. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree in physical therapy from The College of Mount St. Joseph.

Linda enjoys treating patients with neurological disorders and demyelinating disorders. She also serves as a Clinical Instructor for physical therapist students.




Keri S. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She holds a bachelor of science from Pennsylvania State University and a master of science in physical therapy from Chatham University.

Keri is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Kentucky Physical Therapy Association (KPTA), and Ohio Physical Therapy Association (OPTA). She has been to a variety of orthopaedic courses that have enhanced her skills as a physical therapist.


Scott S. is a Physical Therapist and Senior Clinician with St. Elizabeth Healthcare, specializing in neurological and vestibular disorders. He earned his bachelor of health science and his master of physical therapy from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas.

Scott has worked in a variety of clinical settings in Kansas, Wisconsin and Kentucky including acute care, outpatient, skilled nursing and acute inpatient rehabilitation.

Scott has extensive experience treating patients with stroke and other brain injuries. He has attended the Neurodevelopmental Treatment Association three-week course in the Treatment of Adults with Hemiplegia under the tutelage of Waleed Al-Oboudi, which has significantly affected his practice.

Scott is very interested in Vestibular Rehabilitation. He has attended multiple vestibular courses taught by experts from around the country, and has helped patients with a variety of vestibular and balance disorders including vestibular neuritis, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), bilateral vestibular loss, Ménière’s Disease, motion sensitivity and disequilibrium of aging. Utilization of Video Nystagmography has greatly improved the accuracy and sensitivity of Scott’s evaluation techniques.


Diane S. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned a bachelor of health science in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky. She completed the Stroke Help Series I, II and III.

Diane has worked in many areas of physical therapy including outpatient, long term care and home health. Her current area of interest is the acute care setting.




Gina S. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where she earned her bachelor of health science. She completed internships at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, The Hammond Clinic in Munster, Indiana, and Harmmerville Rehabilitation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Gina has experience with the inpatient, skilled nursing and outpatient settings. She currently focuses on outpatients with orthopaedic, neurologic, and general medical diagnosis, and is one of three therapists specializing in treating temporomandibular joints (TMJ). Her care is focused on manual skills and progressive rehab to facilitate steady and efficient achievement of functional goals. She has completed continuing education which includes muscle energy, shoulder, knee, spine, foot assessment and treatment, and TMJ.

Physical therapy is a profession that has linked Gina’s experience in ballet dance and movement, sports and athletics, as well as the science of the human body. She has experience as a clinical instructor for physical therapist students, and has supervised the Physical Therapy department staff. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).


Gail S. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned a bachelor of health science in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky; a master of business administration from Northern Kentucky University; and a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky.

Gail is past president of the Northern District of the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association (KPTA). She is a past active member of the both the KPTA and the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Her current clinical practice includes patients in the inpatient and outpatient settings.


Jeff S. is a Physical Therapist and Manager of Rehabilitation Services with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. He earned a bachelor of science in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky.

Jeff enjoys all aspects of physical therapy including acute care, orthopaedics and rehabilitation. He has been to a variety of continuing education courses including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Cardiovascular Disease, Musculoskeletal Evaluation and Treatment, Manual Techniques, and Quality Improvement Development and Documentation. He previously served as a Clinical Instructor for physical therapist students.


Brenda S. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned a bachelor of health science in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky. She has experience treating a variety of inpatients, with a focus on geriatric, orthopaedic, neurologic, and general medical patients.

Brenda has attended a variety of continuing education courses over the years including those related to geriatrics and cardiopulmonary diagnoses. She particularly enjoys working with acute care orthopedic and amputee patients.


David S. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. He holds bachelor’s degrees in both biology and health science, and a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky. He began working toward his PhD in rehabilitation sciences and has completed fifty percent of that program including research. Presently he is full-time in the clinical setting. He thrives in the versatility of his background, having worked at multiple outpatient locations within St. Elizabeth.

David enjoys working with patients with orthopaedic and neurologic diagnoses on both land and in the pool-aquatic environment. He has attended several continuing education courses to further his education in the areas of shoulder, spine, knee, foot/ankle, manual therapy, and Parkinson’s disease and enjoys reading rehabilitation literature. He is a member of the Evidence-Based Practice Committee at St. Elizabeth and brings this background and passion to his practice. He incorporates an eclectic manual, functional exercise and patient education format to his treatments.

David has taught rehabilitation courses at Northern Kentucky University and the University of Kentucky. He is also a clinical instructor for St. Elizabeth Healthcare interns. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and provides guest lectures for civic organizations in the community.


Debra T. is a Physical Therapist and Manager of Rehabilitation Services with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She holds a bachelor of science in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky.

Debra enjoys working in the outpatient and inpatient therapy settings. She has attended a variety of continuing education courses including: APTA 2010 Coding and Compliance Seminar; Muscle Energy and Soft Tissue Techniques for the Upper Quadrant; Cardiovascular Disease: Implications for the Physical Therapist; Elder Abuse; Culture and Diversity; Mulligan Concept; Fall Prevention; Physical Evaluation and Treatment in Disorders of the Neuromusculoskeletal System; Orthotics and Casting; Sahrmann’s Diagnosis & Treatment of Muscle Imbalances and Associated Regional Pain Syndromes; Functional Capacity Evaluation; Stabilization and Movement Exercises for Craniocervical and Vertebral Dysfunctions; and Evaluation and Treatment of the Sacroiliac Joint.

Debra has served on the Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy and has been a Clinical Coordinator of Clinical Education and a Clinical Instructor for physical therapist students. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association (KPTA).


Matt W. is a Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer and Manager of Rehab Serives for St. Elizabeth. He earned a bachelor’s degree in both athletic training and exercise science from Lipscomb University, and his doctor of physical therapy from Belmont University. He has taught Advanced Athletic Training at Thomas More College, and has been a Clinical Instructor for physical therapy students throughout the country. Matt is currently working toward a master’s in business administration from Colorado State University.

Matt is certified in both orthopaedic and sports physical therapy by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Board of Specialties and in 2012, he completed his recertification as a Sports Clinical Specialist through the APTA Board after his initial ten year certification. While Matt is interested in all orthopaedic and sports injuries, he has a special interest in injuries to the spine. He is endorsed by the American Back Pain Center to see low back, thoracic and neck injuries, including headache and migraine patients.


Jessica W. is a Physical Therapist with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She holds a bachelor of arts in biology from Franklin College and a doctorate of physical therapy from the College of Mount St. Joseph.








Catherine Z. is a Physical Therapist with St Elizabeth Healthcare. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where she earned her doctorate of physical therapy.

Catherine’s special interest is acute orthopaedics.








Physical Therapist Assistants

Mark C. is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with St. Elizabeth Sports Medicine.

Mark earned his associate of applied science at the University of Cincinnati where he also completed the Physical Therapist Assistant program. He has worked in a variety of settings including home health and nursing homes with a present focus in outpatient orthopaedics.

Mark leans toward the utilization of manual skills, particularly with the shoulder, and focuses on restoring range and function in both the preoperative and postoperative patient. Mark feels that it is essential to attend continuing education courses in manual techniques in order to remain abreast of new approaches and skills which can be used to enhance his abilities as a clinician.


Jennifer G. is a Physical Therapist Assistant with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned an associate of applied sciences and physical therapist assistant from Finlandia University.

Previously, Jennifer has worked as an outpatient therapist, primarily treating patients with orthopaedic pathologies.






Donna G. is a Physical Therapist Assistant with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She holds a bachelor of arts in psychology from Beaver College and an associate’s degree in physical therapist assistant from Penn State.

Donna has worked in the outpatient, home health, long term acute care and skilled nursing settings. Her present interest is acute care. She has completed courses associated with stroke rehabilitation, craniosacral therapy, and geriatric care.



Shannon G. is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned her associate of applied science in physical therapist assistant from the University of Cincinnati. She has worked in the outpatient and acute care setting, and occasionally, in skilled nursing.

Shannon has been to several advanced courses related to balance, treatment of Parkinson’s disease, strength training for aging adults and general orthopaedics. She enjoys working with patients with neurological diagnoses and orthopaedics.


Corine L. is a Physical Therapist Assistant with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She holds a bachelor of science in chemistry from the University of Indianapolis. She continued her education at the University of Cincinnati where she graduated with a physical therapist assistant degree.

Corine’s main interest is serving patients in the acute care setting. She also provides therapy with St. Elizabeth’s skilled nursing facility.



Nikki M. is a Physical Therapist Assistant with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Nikki primarily works with outpatients ranging from orthopaedic to neurological disorders and assists with osteoporosis and posture.

Nikki is a graduate of Shawnee State in Portsmouth, Ohio where she earned an associate’s degree in applied science/PTA. She was part of the first graduating class and she was the only one in her class to graduate with high honors.

Nikki has attended multiple continuing education courses through the years covering topics including neck/back problems, shoulders, total hip and knee replacements, osteoporosis, and posture. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Kentucky Physical Therapy Association (KPTA).


Jen N. is a staff Physical Therapist Assistant with St. Elizabeth Healthcare where she treats both inpatients and outpatients. She earned an associate’s degree in applied science from James A. Rhodes State College and has been inducted in the Phi Theta Kappa Society, an International Scholastic Order, of the two-year college.

Jen’s special interest is treating outpatients with injuries of the low back, thoracic and neck by using the “Strategic Orthopedics Therapy” approach.


Diane W. is a Specialty Program Coordinator - Education/Training and a Physical Therapist Assistant with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Since receiving her associate’s degree in applied science from Jefferson Community College in Louisville, KY, she has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, chronic pain and outpatient. Besides treating most orthopaedic, neurologic and chronic pain conditions, she specializes in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders (TMJ).

Diane serves on several committees within St. Elizabeth and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She also serves as the Clinic Coordinator of Clinical Education.


Teresa W. is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned her associate of applied science in physical therapist assistant from the University of Cincinnati.

Teresa has attended courses on lymphedema and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. In addition, she has attended numerous continuing education courses to help treat patients more effectively. She enjoys working with outpatient orthopaedics and amputees.



Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy Technicians

Sara A. is a Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy technician with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Her focus is to assist physical and occupational therapists and assistants in daily treatment of patients.








Linda M. is a Physical Therapy Technician with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She assists physical therapists and physical therapy assistants in daily treatment of patients.









John P. is a Physical Therapy Technician with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. In addition to Physical Therapy, he has worked in the Dietary department and with the Patient Service Center (PSC). He assists with tasks including patient care and front office.







Andrea W. is a Physical Therapy Technician with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and a graduate of Gateway College. Andrea assists physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in daily treatment of patients and helps with answering telephones and scheduling patients.







Office Support

Nancy E. is a Physical Therapy Technician and Office Associate with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She is a graduate of Jefferson Community College where she earned an associate’s degree in business management.

Nancy assists patients with billing matters, insurance verifications, and scheduling.





Teri K. is an Office Associate with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Teri’s primary goal is to handle all of the patient’s needs from the first phone call until their discharge date. Many years of customer service and her knowledge of insurance helps to eliminate any problems that may occur from the beginning of their treatment. Many patients stop by the front office on their last day to thank Teri for making their time in rehab fun and making them feel comfortable as they were entering into a program that for many may be a bit scary.



Cara K. is an Office Associate with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from Northern Kentucky University with an emphasis in Graphic Design.

Kara has experience in various areas of customer service and finds that her favorite part of the job is forming relationships with each patient. Her passion is serving those in need.




Whitney M. is an Office Coordinator with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sports management from Transylvania University. She helps ensure the patient's therapy visit is a pleasant experience.








Candace R. is an Office Associate with St Elizabeth Healthcare. She is responsible for scheduling appointments, providing insurance verifications, following workers’ compensation guidelines, and precertification of services. Her goal is to provide patients with a better understanding of insurance policies and billing questions. She has received the award for Employee of the Month for her outstanding customer relations skills.

Throughout her career at St. Elizabeth, Candace worked in several departments including the Emergency Room, the Business Health Center, the Sports Medicine Center and both onsite and offsite Physical Therapy departments.


Lola R. is an Office Associate for St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Her responsibilities range from ordering supplies to scheduling/registering patients. Her passion is to work hard to provide above and beyond patient care. She takes pride knowing she works with an amazing group of dedicated co-workers.

Prior to joining Physical Therapy, Lola worked in St. Elizabeth’s Patient Finance Department. Her previous experience includes Human Resource Coordinator with Steel Technologies, QS 9000 Coordinator with Gallatin Steel Company, and American Racing Equipment.


Belinda R. currently serves as Office Associate with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Besides hand therapy, she has worked in the Registration, Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy departments.
