Application Information
Applications are accepted through ERAS and we participate in the National Resident Match Program. Applicants must be recent graduates of an accredited medical school and include:

1. Dean's Letter
2. Medical school transcript (applications accepted if graduated within the past 5 years)
3. USMLE or COMLEX scores (applications accepted if pass each test in not more than 2 attempts) 
4. Personal statement
5. Two (2) letters of recommendation (one must be from US clinical experience)
6. ECFMG certification, if applicable
7. J-1 Visas only are considered on a case by case basis, after review of complete application

All application documents must be original (no copies), and the application deadline is December 31 of this year.

In addition, all applicants must meet the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure requirements.
