Q: After receiving my hearing aids and I have a problem, will you continue to see me?
A: Yes, we will definitely work with you if you have a problem with your hearing aids. We want you to be very satisfied, not only with your hearing aids, but also with our service.

Q: Will I know my results at the time of testing?
A: Yes, if you have a test in the Audiology department.

For Speech Pathology, in most cases, we can provide a brief summary at the time of the assessment. Detailed results may not be available right away.
