He completed his undergraduate course work and received his Bachelor of Science at Morehead State University prior to earning his Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Tennessee. Chase worked as an intern at Kroger Pharmacy during his time at pharmacy school. Upon completion of his PGY1 residency, he plans to pursue a career as an inpatient clinical pharmacist. In his spare time, Chase is an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and Kentucky Wildcats and enjoys watching movies. Dr. Eleanor Walter Dr. Eleanor Walter is currently serving as a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident for St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Before completing her Doctor of Pharmacy in Nashville, TN at Belmont University College of Pharmacy in 2022, she worked as a research electrochemist. During pharmacy school, Eleanor was an intern at Walgreens Pharmacy. Her special interests include neurology, critical care, specialty pharmacy and patient safety. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, hiking with her dog and playing disc golf. Upon completion of PGY1 residency, she hopes to pursue a PGY2 residency. Dr. Erin O'Toole Dr. Erin O’Toole is currently serving as a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy in 2022. Prior to residency, Erin gained experience working as a pharmacy intern at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center Inpatient Pharmacy and CVS Pharmacy. After completing her PGY1 residency, she wishes to pursue a career as an inpatient clinical pharmacist servicing underserved populations. In her spare time, she enjoys weightlifting in her home gym, watching anime and cooking for friends and family. Dr. Hannah Thacker Dr. Hannah Thacker is currently serving as a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in 2022. During pharmacy school, Hannah worked as an intern at The Prescription Pad, an independent pharmacy in Nicholasville, KY. Upon completion of her PGY1 residency, Hannah plans to pursue a career as an inpatient clinical pharmacist. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, watching her favorite TV series, and spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Baxter! Dr. Katrina Hellmann Dr. Katrina Hellmann is currently serving as a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy in 2022. During pharmacy school, Katrina worked as a pharmacy intern at Walgreens pharmacy and St. Elizabeth Healthcare inpatient pharmacy. Following completion of her PGY1 residency, Katrina plans to pursue a career as an inpatient clinical pharmacist in cardiology, emergency medicine or neonatal intensive care unit. In her spare time, she enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and golden retriever. Dr. Megan Than Win Dr. Megan Than Win is currently serving as a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Cincinnati in 2022. Prior to residency, Megan worked as an intern at Yost Pharmacy, an independent pharmacy in Mason, Ohio. Upon completion of her PGY1 residency, she hopes to pursue a career in ambulatory care and academia. In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her friends and family, trying new restaurants and recipes, and expanding her newfound love for house plants. Dr. Parth Patel Dr. Parth Patel is currently serving as a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky in 2022. During pharmacy school, Parth worked as an intern at CVS and the University of Kentucky Medical Center inpatient pharmacy. Upon completion of his PGY1 residency, Parth plans to pursue a career as a clinical pharmacist in oncology, cardiology, or infectious disease. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, weightlifting, traveling, and trying new restaurants. Dr. Rachel Brady Dr. Rachel Brady is currently serving as a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Ohio Northern University Raabe College of Pharmacy in 2022. During pharmacy school, Rachel worked as a pharmacy intern at Day's Pharmacy, an independent pharmacy in Cincinnati, OH. Upon completion of her PGY1 residency, she hopes to pursue a career as a clinical pharmacist in internal medicine or critical care. In her spare time, she enjoys seeing theater productions, playing tennis and spending time with family and friends. St. Elizabeth Healthcare PGY2 Pharmacy Residents Dr. Annie Esselman Dr. Annie Esselman is currently serving as a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Resident for St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in 2022. Annie completed 3 years of undergraduate coursework at the University of Kentucky before earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy. Upon completion of her PGY2 residency, Dr. Esselman hopes to pursue a career as a clinical pharmacist in ambulatory care while also precepting students and residents. In her spare time, Annie enjoys baking and decorating cookies, shopping, watching Disney movies, and spending time with her family and friends! Dr. Paige Harrison Dr. Paige Harrison is currently serving as a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Resident at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy in 2021. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Summa Health System – Akron Campus in 2022. Following completion of her PGY2 residency, Paige hopes to pursue a career as a clinical pharmacist in ambulatory care. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, baking, and exploring local restaurants. Dr. Megan Muldoon Dr. Megan Muldoon is currently serving as a PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Resident at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville School of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in 2022. Dr. Muldoon's clinical interests include hematologic malignancies, pain and palliative care, and pharmacogenomics. After completion of her PGY2 residency, she hopes to obtain board certification and a clinical oncology position with opportunities to educate and precept students. In her spare time, Dr. Muldoon enjoys hiking or bike riding, trying new recipes, and traveling whenever possible.
