Must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and be eligible for licensure in Kentucky and Indiana. An interview is required. In-person interviews are preferred, but in extenuating circumstances a phone, web-based interview may be considered. The St. Elizabeth Healthcare Pharmacy Residency Programs utilize PhORCAS (Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application) for all application submissions.
