The Care Card program is a free service that hand-delivers personalized greeting cards to any inpatient currently at St. Elizabeth Healthcare.*

Choose a card from the variety of choices shown below. The card will highlight when you select it. After you’ve selected your card, click ‘Next’.
Once your card is selected, simply enter the message for the recipient in the space provided. After your message has been written, you may preview it.
Our volunteers hand deliver your Care Card to your friend or family member staying at any St. Elizabeth hospital or hospice. Greetings are printed and delivered twice a day Monday through Friday.
Care Cards are not available to be sent to outpatients, employees, patients who have been discharged, patients having same day surgery or patients in the emergency room.
