Northern Kentucky hospital marks 500th cardiac endoscopic surgery, speeding recovery

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Patients needing certain types of heart surgery are seeing faster recoveries thanks to a minimally invasive technique being used at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Northern Kentucky.

The health system has been performing cardiac endoscopic surgery for the last several years and recently reached a milestone of 500 patients who have undergone the procedure.
