Volunteer Information

If you are a current St. Elizabeth Volunteer needing to complete your Annual Training requirement, please visit the Current Volunteers page.

To complete this portion of the Volunteer process you need to:

    1. Print out the following:
      • Answer Sheet
    2. Read each of the modules (listed below) on this webpage.
      • The term “Associate” is used throughout these modules.
      • Associate refers to:

      • Paid staff
      • Physicians
      • Volunteers
    3. Record your answers to the questions at the end of each module on the answer sheet that you printed.
      • Print your name on the sheet and write clearly.
      • Answers will be checked.
    4. Return the Answer Sheet to the Volunteer Services office.
