Ginny Coleman
Director of Volunteer Services
Ginny joined St. Elizabeth Healthcare in 2020 with a background in non-profit administration, development, and guest relations. As Director, Ginny oversees volunteer and service internship opportunities across the system. Outside of St. Elizabeth, she is an active member of Cincinnati’s artistic community and performs with multiple regional ensembles. Ginny and her husband, Brandon, have a daughter, Rosemary.
Sonya Sizemore
Manager, Volunteer & Guest Information Services
Sonya has been with St. Elizabeth since 2017 and joined the Volunteer Services department in 2023. Sonya has several years of experience in both healthcare and education and has a passion for working with and giving back to our community. She is a mom of three amazing adult children, Rachel, Grace & Luke. In her spare time, she enjoys going to sporting events, traveling, crafting, spending time with friends and family and enjoying time outside.
Sammie Heck
Volunteer Coordinator, Ft. Thomas, Covington & SEP
Sammie joined Volunteer Services in 2026 with more than 20 years of healthcare experience with her most recent ten spent at St. Elizabeth, including experience as Nutrition Services Supervisor at Ft. Thomas and most recently as a Patient Advocate in Edgewood. Outside of work, Sammie enjoys reading, exploring local restaurants, volunteering at her church, and cheering on our Cincinnati sports teams.
Heather More
Volunteer Coordinator, Dearborn
Heather has been with St. Elizabeth since 2017. Starting in Nursing Administration, she is now the Volunteer Coordinator for our Dearborn facility, which is also the county she resides in. She and her husband, Matt, are blessed with two children. Heather enjoys spending time with her family and mostly warm weather so she can be outdoors on their property, taking rides on their side-by-side, or just going to different parks.
Hope Sharpe
Volunteer Coordinator, Florence & Grant
Hope brings nearly five years of experience working alongside volunteers in the nonprofit sector. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed connecting individuals with meaningful opportunities to serve, supporting volunteer engagement, and recognizing the incredible impact volunteers make in their communities. She is a Certified Volunteer Administrator and is passionate about creating welcoming, organized, and rewarding volunteer experiences. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets and exploring new places.
Katie Spector
Volunteer Coordinator, Edgewood
Katie began working for St. Elizabeth Healthcare as the Volunteer Coordinator in Edgewood in 2024 after moving to the Cincinnati area in 2021. Katie has a background in non-profit organizations with extensive experience in volunteer coordination, student support services, and event management. Outside of work, Katie enjoys reading, traveling, crafting, and spending time with her two dogs, Oscar and Frankie.
Debbie Holloran
Volunteer Coordinator, Hospice
Debbie has been with St. Elizabeth since 1990 and has overseen the Hospice Volunteer Program since 2000. She resides in Ft. Mitchell with her husband, Terry, and has two grown daughters and four grandchildren.
Dana Laytart
Volunteer Services Supervisor, Hospice
Dana began her career at St. Elizabeth in 1998, with the Skilled Nursing Units at Florence and Ft. Thomas where she had a large area of focus working with our teen volunteer and intern programs. In January 2023, she joined the Hospice Center to further her passion for volunteers and serve the community in their time of need. She and her husband Jason, have three children and enjoy traveling and spending time on their farm in Campbell County.
