The doctor answered all my questions
Dr Hoffman has been absolutely wonderful throughout my entire treatment plan. He is knowledgeable and comforting. I experienced issues with insurance and he also ensured that was taken care of as well because he said I deserved to have medical services without a high cost. He answered all of my questions and provided assurance for what the future looks like for me. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done and is continuing to do for me during this very difficult time of having neck issues.
Explained condition. Reviewed mri.
Dr. Hoffman's only answer to my pains were, \"If you hurt enough you will get the nerve block.\" When I asked what about my leg cramps & neck pain, he said, \"You will have to see a dr. about those things.\" He treated me as if he didn't care.
Dr. Hoffman takes the time to listen to me and answers my questions. I would recommend him to anyone.

I want to know more about proposed treatments but understood that since I was about to have an MRI, it was reasonable to wait and see what that showed before going into too many details. It did give me hope though that there might be some things that could be done to relieve my pain and mobility issues.
Hoffman clearly explained all options, including the pluses and minuses of each of them.

The worse dr. treatment we have every had. Didn't even examine us. Just looked at computer. Bedside manner was horrible.
Liked the doctor and all the info he gave and his concern.
The Physician was quite understanding of my lenghty history and my present situation in which I was pleased and thankful.
He listened and asked me questions , made me feel like he probably looked at my MRI and My chart history. He explained the treatment I would be having . Took his time with us and never felt rushed . Very personable.
Dr Hoffman explained in details the procedure that hopefully will improve my quality of life. He answered all my & my son's questions & didn't make us feel any were stupid questions.
He listened carefully and explained everything very professionally.

He didn't seem to want hear about different areas of pain I have.and had for years. But he did spend a lot of time in there with me

We discussed my options and which was the best thing for me to do at this time and we agreed on which way to go for now.

I called again to try to follow up regarding my pain I was having, I was told to make another appointment to see dr. Hoffman, which I did. There after I was not able to get an appointment for another month out. When I expressed my pain and asked for advise he told me to continue doing what I was doing. Obviously that wasnt working which was the reasoning for me to Contacting him in the first place. If I could I would not see him again and would see another dr. No empathy what so ever or tried to help with my pain. Very cold.
Dr Hoffman was patient as he reviewed the MRI results and answered all of my questions as well as let me decide on the next step.
I would highly recommend Dr Hoffman to anyone
