With all the medication shortages happening lately, I have had to contact the office several times over several months for assistance hunting down the medication. Dr. Patel and Joanna (Dr. Patel's medical assistant) would exceed my expectations at every step in the process. Without their efforts I wouldn't have found the medication and develop a plan to ensure that I would have access to the medication consistently from month to month. They exemplify the meaning behind the tagline \"I'm Right Here.\" I have never experienced the same high quality of service, consistently from any of my past primary care physicians, period.
