NP Katie Gruen and Dr. Burroughs have greatly improved my quality of life since I've started treatment with them. They exhibit a good deal of empathy and compassion along with their depth of knowledge of updating my treatment based on the ever changing needs of my condition, besides being open to the newest discoveries that may help with my needs. Also want to give Emma, their MA wonderful feedback, too. She is so friendly and on point with her caring manner, too. The 3 of them are like visiting old friends in comparison of the comfort level with how I feel with them, besides appreciating everything they do for me.

Both she has really taken charge with finding several different paths to make considerable e roads to bring my systemwide multi joint/connective tissue autoimmune arthritis and multi joint osteoarthritis pain. Sometimes that means extra work to appeal with the insurance company and different treatments until we have gotten there with a successful outcome. Katie Gruen, APRN shows great Empathy while never even suggesting not staying with me along the journey to make my outcome towards a better situation possible!
