My experience was wonderful from time I walked in to the clinic til I left. The lady at check in was very pleasant the nurse who took me back to room was very attentive when I explained my concerns and so was Dr Jones. She's a wonderful caring knowledgeable Dr. She addressed all my concerns and I went home with peace of mind. I was treated very respectful and I would tell all my family and friends to go to this clinic.

When I first went there I was insecure about the reason I was there and I'm so glad I had Dr. Jones because she was so friendly and caring that I instantly felt comfortable around her and I think that is the most important thing when trying to find a new Dr and to feel like you can ask them anything without feeling judged.

Dr. Jordan was very informative about my concerns and very thorough in her explanations of my conditions.

This was my first visit. Time will tell if I recommend anyone after only one visit.

Dr Jones came in and introduced herself, we exchanged pleasantries and I then pointed out the area of concern and told Dr Jones the history of what was going on. She gave it a close examination and a proposal on what could be done. I agreed with her. She then did a biopsy. Dr Jones exhibits confidence and caring.

Dr. Jones completed a full exam, as well as addressing the few concerns I had. She came up with solutions and discussed them with me. I was very pleased that she was able to take care of all my concerns at the appointment that day.

Felt she really heard me with a condition I've had since may 1st and was clear on what I should do.

My skin condition had cleared up before I had my appointment, but I went to make sure it wasn't anything to worry about. Dr. Jones was very nice and explained what she thought it was. She also urged me to call back if the situation returned. I was very glad that I went. The office was professional and friendly.

Dr.Jones was friendly and very professional. She (and Amber) really put me at ease. Dr. Jones explained what each of the spots I was there to have her look at were. She also explained which ones were not concerning and what to watch for in others going forward. I did have two removals because they were causing me great discomfort. Dr. Jones explained the procedure very clearly from start to finish, and also explained in great detail how to care for them at home. Amber bandaged me up, and went over these instructions again to make sure I understood what I needed to do. Both Dr. Jones and Amber instructed me to call the office for any questions or concerns. I was in very capable, knowledgeable and caring hands, and I really appreciated them both!

Dr. Jones explained my current condition thoroughly and gave me two options for treatment. She provided a caring and well informed knowledge of my condition and how to proceed with treatment. My opinion was included.

Dr. Jones asked me about my concerns. I informed her about numerous changes that I had noticed. She identified the various changes by name and explained them , giving me options for what could be done if I wanted any removal. I made my decision and had a growth removed. I was told how too care for the removal site. I Was treated with respect, and she and the staff were patient with my nervous chatter.
