Doctor was very through when addressing the reason for my visit and when discussing my medical history, treatment and care. Doctor provided additional self help resources for me to review to assist with my anxiety.

Dr. Costello was very unapproachable, not friendly & made me feel judged right off the bat. I left my appointment feeling worse than I did when I came in. I've never experienced anything like it whether I have a past or not u don't approach a patient as firm & assertive as he did.

I love Dr. Costello he listens and makes me feel at ease.

Dr. Costello is an excellent doctor. He listen's and discusses my concerns with me. I never feel rushed or treated with less respect or credibility when I struggle to explain my concerns. There aren't many doctors out there who show so much concern .

Dr. Costello was the first doctor in years to genuinely listen to me. He did not treat me like a number, or stereotype me based on my generation. He sincerely wanted to help me and he took my opinions and thoughts into account when deciding on a treatment option. I avoid going to the doctors because I often end up not being helped and left with a bill. But this was was not the case with Dr. Costello. I am very grateful for his help.
