Dr. Dunnenberger is Assistant Vice President of Personalized Medicine and Medical Director of the Davis Family Center of Preventive Genomics at Endeavor Health. He leads clinical genomics initiatives, including population genomic screening and pharmacogenomics, to advance personalized care. He joined Endeavor in 2014.
He directs the Center of Preventive Genomics, which integrates genomic screening into routine care and includes the first preemptive pharmacogenomics clinic in Chicagoland. His work focuses on implementing pharmacogenomics in practice, developing health IT tools for genetic data, and expanding clinician education in precision medicine.
Dr. Dunnenberger has co‑authored more than 40 publications. He earned his PharmD from the University of Tennessee and completed PGY1 and PGY2 residencies in pharmacy practice and clinical pharmacogenetics.

Mylynda B. Massart, MD, PhD, is a board-certified family medicine physician at UPMC and an associate professor at the University of Pittsburgh. She serves as the founder and medical director of the UPMC Primary Care Precision Medicine Clinic and as the associate director of clinical services for the Institute for Precision Medicine. Dr. Massart is co-director for the HUB Core over Research Inclusivity and Community Partners Core at the Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CSTI). She also serves as MPI of the Community Engagement Alliance Consultative Resource (CEACR), created in 2021 by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), which aims to leverage CEAL community-engagement expertise to promote diversity and inclusion of racial and ethnic minority populations and rural underserved populations in clinical research.
Heidi C. Murley, M.D., M.B.A.
Dr. Heidi Murley has been with St. Elizabeth since 1996 and currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of St. Elizabeth Physicians and Executive Vice President of St. Elizabeth Healthcare, roles she has held since January 2022. Prior to this, she served as Physician Assistant Vice President of St. Elizabeth Physicians and Surgeon Director of Perioperative Services from 2017 to 2022. A practicing general surgeon for more than 25 years, Dr. Murley has been repeatedly recognized as a Cincinnati Magazine “Top Doctor” and has held numerous leadership roles in surgical and breast health services.
Deeply committed to community health, Dr. Murley serves on the boards of the Brighton Center, the Kentucky Institute for Patient Safety and Quality, St. Elizabeth Physicians and St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Her leadership is driven by a mission to enhance the well-being of the communities St. Elizabeth serves.
Dr. Murley earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1987, and her medical degree from the University of California, San Diego in 1991. She completed her general surgery residency at the University of California, Davis, where she received multiple distinctions, including Outstanding Intern and Outstanding Chief Resident. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University in 2021.
Barry Wendt, MD, CMIO
Dr. Wendt is an accomplished board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 25 years’ practice experience. In his role as Chief Medical Information Officer at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, he is responsible for overseeing the implementation and use of technology to improve patient care and outcomes. Dr. Wendt is committed to staying up to date with the latest advancements in medicine and technology to ensure that their patients receive the best possible care. He is highly focused on precision medicine and improving the longevity and wellness of the patients served in his practice as well as those served by St. Elizabeth Healthcare.

Josiah Allen, PharmD, has more than 18 years of experience in pharmacogenomics and precision medicine. He began his career at the Mayo Clinic, contributing to development of the GeneSight test. As a founding employee and first medical science liaison at Assurex Health, he helped drive its rapid growth into a leading molecular diagnostic. He later served as Director of Medical Affairs at OneOme. Dr. Allen is currently the precision medicine pharmacist at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood, Kentucky, where he leads pharmacogenomic implementation and directs the PGY2 Clinical Pharmacogenomics Pharmacy Residency Program. His research and clinical interests include the integration of precision prescribing in clinical genomics, behavioral health, and primary care settings. He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wheaton College (IL) and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Harris is a Cincinnati native who is an alumnus of The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. Prior to joining as the Assistant Professor of Family and Community Medicine at The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, he was a Family Physician at a Federally Qualified Health Clinic, where he provided Outpatient and Prenatal Care to a large French and Spanish speaking population.
His many passions include utilizing the broad scope of Family Medicine to mitigate health disparities as well as practicing his Spanish. In his free time, he enjoys taking cooking classes with his wife and spending time with their two daughters. He is also a proponent of at home personal fitness.

Jordan Brady, MS, CGC, is a board‑certified Genetic Counselor and a Coordinator of Clinical Genetics at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. With over seven years of experience in genetics, she began her career as the health system’s first genetic navigator, where she helped establish the role and helped to pioneer an initiative ensuring all newly diagnosed breast cancer patients were offered genetic testing.
After earning her master’s degree from Bay Path University, Jordan continued at St. Elizabeth as a clinical genetic counselor. She saw patients in cancer, cardiovascular, neurology and general adult genetics. Jordan also helped establish a neurogenetic program that offers counseling and testing services to patients who previously had to seek care in out-of-state hospitals.
Jordan is deeply committed to enhancing patient access to genetic counseling and genetic testing, aiming to advance precision medicine-based healthcare in Kentucky.

Anna Crider, MS, LGC is a Genetic Counselor at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She began her career in clinical genetics as a genetic navigator at St. Elizabeth before pursuing her master’s in genetic counseling at the University of Alabama in Birmingham (UAB), where she interned in different hospitals systems and laboratories across the country. Anna returned to Northern Kentucky to serve the community where she grew up, seeing patients in hereditary cancer, general adult, and adult neurology genetics clinics. She works closely with the pharmacogenomic and lab stewardship programs, and has helped expand new and growing genetics clinics at St. Elizabeth.
In addition to her clinical work, Anna serves as the treasurer for the Kentucky Society of Genetic Counselors, and the New-2-Neuro Working Group co-chair through the National Society of Genetic Counselors.

Alexis Williams is a board-certified, licensed genetic counselor at The Christ Hospital Health Network. She specializes in cardiovascular and oncology genetics. Originally from the Cincinnati area, she completed earned her BS in Biological Sciences and went on for graduate training at the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Children’s genetic counseling graduate program. She is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors, the Ohio Association of Genetic Counselors, and the American College of Medical Genetics.

Annelise Page is the lead cardiovascular genetic counselor in the TriHealth Precision Medicine Institute. She earned dual master’s degrees in Genetic Counseling and Bioethics & Medical Humanities from Case Western Reserve University. She leads cardiovascular genetics initiatives, including EMR-integrated tools that streamline genetic testing workflows. Her clinical interests include adult-onset hereditary cardiovascular conditions, particularly transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy. She has authored peer-reviewed research, secured grant funding, and currently serves in multiple national leadership roles.

Kristin Theobald has decades of professional experience, interest, program development and leadership in hospital‑based projects designed to enhance the intersection between public health and genetics. She is a Licensed Genetic Counselor in the Division of Human Genetics at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Current roles as Lead Genetic Counselor for Inpatient Consults, the Hereditary Cancer Program, and the CincyKidsSeq Genome Research Study all align the technical expertise and counseling skills that will allow for successful facilitation of the proposed work. Career experience includes a senior genetic counselor role at St. Elizabeth Healthcare providing both prenatal genetic counseling and developing the Hereditary Cancer Counseling program, and serving as a senior genetic counselor on the Inherited Cancer and Neurogenetics/Exome teams at GeneDx/OPKO Laboratories. Research highlights have included serving as PI on ASIST2010 – Evaluate the Advancing Systems Improvements to Support Targets for Healthy People 2010 (ASIST2010) Program (OMB: 0990‑0355), expanding background in public health initiatives surrounding cardiovascular health for women of Northern Kentucky. The current opportunity builds logically on past experiences in study design, development, community outreach and expanding genomics applications with the intent of improving lives.

Sara Knapke serves as the Director of Genetic Counseling and is a Licensed Genetic Counselor in the Division of Human Genetics at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Her work is currently centered on advancing innovative models for delivering genetic counseling services and improving access to care. With extensive career experience spanning community health systems, an academic medical center and commercial genetic testing laboratory, Sara has developed expertise as both a genetic counselor and clinical leader. She specializes in inherited cancer syndromes affecting both pediatric and adult populations and was instrumental in co-founding the Pediatric Hereditary Cancer Predisposition Program at CCHMC. In addition to her clinical and leadership roles, Sara is actively engaged in professional service and community engagement, fulfilling volunteer and leadership positions within organizations at the local, regional, and state levels.

Dr. Melissa Erickson is currently an adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She is the Medical Director and Founder of the Oncology Primary Care Clinic at the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center and is the Robert and Adele Schiff Family Clinical Endowed Chair for Cancer Survivorship. She provides primary care services for patients with cancer and hereditary cancer syndromes. Additionally, she sees adult survivors of childhood, adolescent and young adult cancers in the Cancer Survivorship Clinic at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
Brooke Holbrook, MD
Dr. Holbrook serves as the Medical Director of Precision Medicine and Genomic Health at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She has a special interest in breast and hereditary cancers and established a Prevention Clinic to follow patients with an increased risk of cancer based on genetics, family history, and clinical factors.
The recipient of the 2020 Cincinnati Business Courier Healthcare Hero award, Dr. Holbrook is a sought-after thought leader and speaker at conferences and seminars with a focus on Cancer Genetics, Precision Medicine, and Pharmacogenomics since 2017. Dedicated to improving patient outcomes, Dr. Holbrook also serves on many of our quality improvement and patient safety committees.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Holbrook is actively involved in a number of research initiatives focused on developing new treatments and therapies for patients.

Chelsea Menke is a cancer genetic counselor and project specialist TriHealth in Cincinnati, OH. She runs a cancer risk assessment that is being used across TriHealth ObGyn offices. She received her Master of Science in Medical Genetics from the University of Cincinnati in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Miami University in 2013.
Chelsea has spent her career specializing in oncology genetic counseling. Her professional interests include improving access to genetic testing, providing education about genetic counseling/testing to providers and the public, and implementing genomic medicine tools into care delivery.

Erin M. Miller, MS, CGC, is a Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and a genetic counselor in the Division of Cardiology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. She leads the Cardiology Genetic Counseling Program at CCHMC and provides clinical genetic counseling services for individuals across the life span and for a variety of indications including cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, aortopathy, dyslipidemia and congenital heart disease. Ms. Miller’s research focuses on generating evidence to guide genetic counseling, genetic testing, and cardiac screening. She also provides clinical supervision and research mentorship for the University of Cincinnati Genetic Counseling Graduate Program.

Elizabeth Ann, GC, is a genetic counselor and associate professor of internal medicine specializing in cardiovascular genetics. She provides risk assessment and counseling for individuals and families with inherited heart disease at the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital.

Jenna Sizemore joined TriHealth Precision Medicine as a Genetic Counselor. In 2021, she graduated from University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a minor in Psychology. In 2023, she graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine with a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling.
Jenna joined TriHealth to build the first neurogenetics program. Jenna is located at the TriHealth Group Health – West Chester and TriHealth Group Health – Clifton where she specializes in neurogenetic counseling. Additionally, Jenna sees patients for adult medical genetics at Bethesda North Hospital.
Jenna’s professional interest is in neurodegenerative disorders. Jenna is also passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) efforts in healthcare and Precision Medicine.

Dr. Mohamad Rahwan is an epilepsy neurologist, earned his medical degree from the University of Aleppo (Syria). He did a post-doctoral fellowship in EEG and Epilepsy at CWRU (University Hospitals) in Cleveland, OH, before moving to Charleston, SC to complete Neurology residency, followed by two-year subspecialty fellowships in Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC).
In 2021, Dr. Rahwan returned to Ohio and joined TriHealth, where he currently serves as the Medical Director of Neurology Services. He is triple board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Neurology, Epilepsy, and Clinical Neurophysiology
Areas of focus: Epilepsy, seizure like activities including syncope and psychogenic non-epileptic events, EEG/ ICU EEG, neuromodulation therapy and cognitive disorders.
Iris Lin, MD
Dr. Iris Lin grew up in Alabama, and completed her medical training at University of Virginia (medical school) followed by University of Pittsburgh (Neurology residency) and University of Cincinnati (Movement Disorders fellowship). She currently practices in Mason, Ohio, where she sees both general neurology as well as movement disorder patients.

Mayeesha Ahmed Feldman, PharmD is a Pharmacogenomics Pharmacist at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Northern Kentucky. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, followed by a PGY2 Clinical Pharmacogenomics Pharmacy Residency at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. In her current role, Dr. Ahmed applies pharmacogenomic test results to clinical practice, supports system-wide pharmacogenomics implementation efforts, and provides pharmacogenomic education to both patients and providers. She also precepts pharmacy residents and students as part of her commitment to advancing pharmacogenomics practice and education.

Shirin Bigdeliazari, PharmD, MBA is a licensed pharmacist specializing in clinical pharmacogenomics. She earned both her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from the University of Kentucky in 2020. She completed her postgraduate pharmacy residency training at Good Samaritan Hospital, TriHealth, in 2021.Following residency, Dr. Bigdeliazari joined the TriHealth Precision Medicine Institute as the full time Pharmacogenomics Pharmacist and Clinical Coordinator, where she leads clinical implementation and expansion of pharmacogenomic services across the health system.
In her clinical role, Dr. Bigdeliazari collaborates closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and nursing teams across specialties including oncology, cardiology, primary care, and behavioral health and provides evidence based therapeutic recommendations based on genetic information to optimize medication safety and efficacy. She also conducts pharmacogenomics consultations for patients who are interested in or referred for PGx testing.
Beyond direct patient care, Dr. Bigdeliazari plays a central role in program development and expansion. Her efforts focus on improving medication outcomes, reducing adverse drug reactions, and advancing system wide implementation of pharmacogenomics.

Chelsea Fuller, PharmD is a clinical pharmacist with St. Elizabeth Physicians, providing comprehensive care across five primary care offices through in-person and remote services focused on disease state management and value-based performance. She earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy and completed PGY1 and PGY2 ambulatory care residencies at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Her PGY2 training included a longitudinal pharmacogenomics rotation, which now enables her to conduct pharmacogenomic reviews across her practice sites. Chelsea has a strong passion for teaching and currently serves as a preceptor for pharmacy students from the University of Cincinnati College of Pharmacy as well as the PGY2 Ambulatory Care Resident with St. Elizabeth Healthcare.

At a young age, Dr. Gabrielle Paul became aware of the high suicide rates in her parents’ native country, where there is little access to mental health treatment. That awareness inspired her to get involved in mental health to help those dealing with crises. She values the opportunity to develop relationships affecting the most intimate part of a person’s life and impacting every aspect of life.
Dr. Paul sees patients referred by their primary care physicians for the diagnosis and treatment of the full range of psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, and attention deficit disorders. She also is experienced in neuromodulation. Dr. Paul takes a collaborative approach, working with her patients to develop individualized treatment plans. She encourages everyone to go outside more and to get involved in an activity they enjoy.
Jill Tibbe, MD
Dr. Tibbe grew up in rural Ohio. She went to undergrad at Kenyon College and medical school at Wright State University, class of 1992. She completed her residency in family medicine at St. Elizabeth Family Medicine in Dayton, OH. She has been practicing family medicine in Bright, Indiana for 25 years. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and helping them walk through the joys and challenges of their lives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym, and practicing her Catholic faith.
Amelle L. Shillington, DO
Amelle Shilington, DO is a board-certified clinical geneticist and serves as an attending physician and assistant professor in the Division of Human Genetics. Her clinical interests include the evaluation and diagnosis of genetic syndromes and risk variants in children and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, and psychiatric disease burden. Her research focuses on increasing access to genetic testing for patients with neurodevelopmental disorders. She also has a strong interest in emerging technologies for clinical diagnosis and maintains active collaborations exploring long-read genomic sequencing techniques. She serves as the site clinical geneticist for the SPARK Simons Foundation research genomic sequencing program for patients with autism, as well as for the Autism Care Network PATH to Discovery Project.

Kristen Sund, PhD, MS, DABMGG, CGC, is a precision medicine strategist and genomic implementation expert who thrives at the intersection of genetics, healthcare systems, diagnostic analytics and population health. With dual board certification as both a laboratory geneticist and genetic counselor, she has worked at all levels of genomic care, from seeing patients, to analyzing their genetic testing results, to building platforms and strategies for clinical genomic laboratories and implementing system wide genomics programs in clinical care and research. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology/Chemistry at Eckerd College and her MS/PhD at the Unviersity of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Kristen is currently the Manager of Precision Medicine and Genomic Health at St. Elizabeth Hospital.

Jaime Grund is Director of The Center for Precision Medicine and Genomic Health at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, where she leads innovative programs to improve patient care and access to genetic based services. With over 25 years of experience in clinical genetics, she has launched programs in cancer prevention and early detection, pharmacogenomics, cardiovascular genetics, precision oncology, perinatal support, and precision wellness. Jaime is board certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling and actively serves on multiple institutional and state advisory committees.
