Ostomy Peer Support Network

Find support, share experiences and connect with others who understand.

Living with an ostomy can bring changes to your daily routine, relationships and emotional well-being. You don’t have to navigate those changes alone.

The St. Elizabeth Ostomy Peer Support Network offers a welcoming, supportive space for people living with an ostomy, as well as their family members and caregivers. Whether your ostomy is new or you have had one for years, you can connect with others who understand the experience.

Support Through Community

Our Ostomy Peer Support Network gives you an opportunity to:

  • Connect with others living with an ostomy.
  • Share experiences, questions and practical tips.
  • Learn about ostomy care and everyday living.
  • Find encouragement during challenges and transitions.
  • Build confidence in life with an ostomy.
  • Meet people in a caring, judgment-free environment.

Every ostomy journey is different, but no one has to take that journey alone. Together, group members can learn from one another, celebrate progress and build a community rooted in understanding and support.
