Journey Recovery Center In 2015, St. Elizabeth Physicians established a 12,000 sq foot facility dedicated to supporting families facing addiction. It is located at 351 Centre View Blvd, Cresview Hills, KY 41017, phone (859) 757-0717. There are many pathways to recovery. Our Journey Recovery Center staff are uniquely trained to partner with you, your family and other members of your healthcare team to create a recovery pathway based on your specific needs. We utilize Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation’s COR 12 model, an evidence-based approach that combines the use of specific medications and other types of behavioral and talk therapy. This model include medications for patients with opioid use disorder such as Subtex, Suboxone, and Vivitrol or ReVia to reduce opioid cravings, risk of relapse and overdoses. Patients remain on these drugs as needed in combination with supportive therapy: Therapy that includes one-on-one addiction therapy as an out-patient provided by licensed therapists and guided group therapy to provide opportunities for peer support. Connection to recovery supports through case managers to assist you in finding recovery supports such as housing, child care, and transportation. Activating Hope St. Elizabeth Healthcare is proud to sponsor Enquirer Media’s “Heroin: Reclaiming Lives” series because we share the goal of educating the community, promoting resources available and affecting change in Ohio and Kentucky. Our collective hope is that more people in Greater Cincinnati understand the disease of addiction, the challenges of treatment and recovery, and the devastating human toll this epidemic is taking on families and the community as a whole. Most of all, we want people to see the hope that we see and join us to do what we can as a community.
