While many procedures are called "minimally invasive," Dr. Castillo-Sang performs the real deal, treating complex conditions like Mitral, Tricuspid and Aortic Diseases and Mitral Annular Calcification using a tiny 3D 4K camera and customized tools inserted through a small incision between the ribs, with no bone cutting. The entire surgery is guided by a magnified video feed, requiring exceptional dexterity and mastery of advanced equipment.
