Expectant couples learn about pregnancy health and concerns, comfort measures and breathing techniques for labor, stages of labor, when to come to the hospital, role of the labor support team, as well as newborn/infant care and postpartum support. A variety of positioning devices will be shared and discussed. In-person class Information: Includes a tour of the Family Birth Place. Please schedule classes early as they fill up quickly and space is limited. You may bring one support person with you to class. Feel free to bring food and drink to class.
