If you are interested in applying for our program, please follow the steps below.

Session 3 (August – Dec) Applicants:

2) Print a Recommendation Form and request it be completed by a teacher, school counselor, or school administrator (non-family members).

  • Completed forms should be brought to the Applicant Informational Session in a sealed envelope with your name marked on the front of the envelope.

3) Attend an Applicant Informational Sessions. (Date must be selected on online application)

  • All prospective High School Volunteers must attend an in-person Information Session at the St. Elizabeth Training and Education Center (3861 Olympic Blvd, Erlanger, KY 41018) on one of the following days:
    • Tuesday, August 19 – 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
    • Wednesday, August 20 – 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
  • NOTE: if you have previously volunteered at St. Elizabeth, do not reapply; please call your Volunteer Office:

Applications and Recommendation Forms will be reviewed and those accepted into the program will be notified within 10 business days of attending an Applicant Information Session. Note: Available volunteer positions are limited, which means that not all applicants will be accepted into the program.
