THE DOCTOR WAS VERY CARING AND LISTENED TO ME. SHE WAS GREAT

I have always loved Dr. Vormbrock, however my 3 year old daughter is higher in weight and height than my 9 year old son. I do not like how her body is discussed in front of her. I felt shamed as a mother. I care very much about my children's health and I want them to leave feeling that their body is an amazing creation of God. I think healthy bodies come in all shapes and sizes and I felt the doctor made assumptions about my daughters eating, exercise, and screen time based on her weight and mine. I'm more concerned my daughter will have an eating disorder than be overweight. I'm considering a different pediatrician/family doctor over this. This is not the first time I have had this experience.
