Change: My daughter was refused care by what we thought was her primary care physician. Due to a rule that if you have not been seen in 3 years you are now considered a new patient. There was a time during covid that you couldn't go to your doctor unless you had a serious condition or covid. Since she is healthy she is being punished by not seeing our "family" doctor. We instead had to go to urgent care where you have to wait hours to see anyone. I suggest this rule is changed so St.Elizabeth doesn't split up family care if you are healthy! Especially when we were told not to go to the doctor unless you really had to!

Change: I know this is not the correct way to communicate a compliment but it looks like the quickest. I forgot to get the name of her but the blonde lady who draws blood is the absolute best at doing it. Every time I come there I barely feel a stick and then it’s done. No “feeling around for the vein”. There is NEVER an issue of not finding my vein like other places I have gone to. She’s the only one I ever want drawing my blood. I wish I would have asked her her name. I was there today (Oct 27) around 9 or 10. Keep her happy!!! Sharon Weigel

Change: I have had to call three times now to get me prescription refilled. I am supposed to take a pill twice a day. Today is 10/21/22. I have had a prescription waiting since 9/28/22. Three calls later, I am still waiting to get my prescription. I've scheduled a DR. appointment, but I cannot get in until 11/21/22. There is obviously a problem here.

Change: The phone number listed for Fort Thomas ID just rings and no one ever picks up. I called the hospital directly and they told me the number 859-757-4446 should not be listed for them. They told me the correct number is 859-572-3688. Thank you!
