Voting opens Tuesday, November 10 for Group C of the St. Elizabeth Provider Network (SEPN) Board of Directors.

Group C board members represent the independent providers of SEPN.

The election is at-large, as voting members may select up to three candidates, one for each of the open positions. The three new Group C Directors will be the three members who receive the three highest vote totals from the submitted ballots.

The new Group C Directors shall serve for a term commencing January 1, 2021, and expiring December 31, 2022. Not more than one Group C Director shall be a representative of any one individual practice.

Eligible members will receive an electronic ballot on November 10. Voting will remain open until 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, December 1.

Election results will be announced during the week of December 9.
