Look no further than this spiced almonds recipe. With only three ingredients, this recipe is perfect for last-minute preparation and presentation.

 

5-Spiced Almonds

Yield: 16 servings | 1.5 -2 hours total

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of raw whole almonds
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp. Chinese 5 spice powder

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 250 ° F.
  2. Toss almonds with egg white and 5 spice powder.
  3. Place almonds on a non-stick baking sheet and place it in the oven.
  4. Roast almonds for about 1 – 1 1/2 hours, or until crisp.
  5. Allow almonds to cool slightly.
  6. Store in an air-tight container for up to 7 days.
