Spring has sprung! It is time to get up and get moving! By attending one of PrimeWise's Low-Impact Virtual Exercise sessions, you will improve your balance and range of motion as well as help yourself feel better! Each session includes six classes. For your safety, please wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes to each class.

Time: 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
