The St. Elizabeth Heart & Vascular Institute invites you to Take Time for Your Heart!
This 8-week educational program is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to have a healthier heart.
Each class is packed with valuable tips you can start using right away, from clinical experts including a registered nurse, pharmacist, dietician, and exercise physiologist. You’ll get your own copy of the book, “Mayo Clinic Healthy Heart for Life!” And before and after the 8-week class, you’ll receive a cardiac age health risk assessment, which calculates your cardiac age based on your personal health factors.
