Do You Think You Have COVID-19?

We suggest you take the following steps:

  1. Schedule a virtual health visit with your St. Elizabeth primary care provider. Video visits are available for new and established patients.

  2. Testing for symptomatic patients may also be available at our urgent care locations, but require a provider evaluation to determine if a test is required. They are open Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday- Sunday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Please call first.

  3. If you would like a COVID-19 test, please visit our COVID-19 testing page for more information, including scheduling an appointment at drive-thru sites.

  4. Please do not go to the emergency department for a COVID-19 test.* Our emergency departments are only for those who need the most critical care.*

  5. For questions, please call your state's COVID-19 hotline:

  • Kentucky COVID-19 Hotline: 800-722-5725

  • Indiana COVID-19 Hotline: 877-826-0011

  • Ohio COVID-19 Hotline: 833-427-5634

*If you have chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, a severe headache or other potentially life-threatening problems, go to the nearest emergency department or call 911.
