DESCRIPTION:Join St. Elizabeth Healthcare for a free community fair for Indiana families! \nSt. Elizabeth Healthcare and community partners will provide no-cost health screenings and resources\, including: \n\nBlood pressure/BMI screening\nDiabetic foot screening\nHealthy eating demonstrations\nBalance screening\nMammograms done on-site*\nHands-free CPR demonstrations\nInformation on accessing health care\, mental health services and community resources\nActivities for kids and families\nInsurance navigation consults\nFree food distributed by Dearborn Clearing House while supplies last\nLocal Police and Fire Departments\nRaffles\, music\, Heaven in Your Mouth and Tiki Treatz food trucks\, and more\n\nDate: Saturday\, Sept. 12\, 2026\nTime: 10 a.m. to noon\nLocation: Dearborn Cancer Center\, 17525 Greendale Plaza Drive\, Greendale\, IN 47025 \nSpecial Services Available \nMammograms On-Site \nDigital breast screening in a private setting for women ages 40 and older. Screenings take about 10 minutes and are covered by insurance. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. Pre-registration is required.
