The St. Elizabeth Employee Assistance Program works hard to accommodate the needs of our companies and direct consumers. One way we accomplish this objective is by ensuring we are conveniently located and provide office hours and appointments to accommodate all shifts and schedules.
St. Elizabeth EAP offers a wide variety of service hours for your scheduling convenience. We have appointments Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
A clinician is also available 24 hours a day/7 days a week for emergencies. If you have an emergency after normal business hours the answering service will page the clinician on call and the clinician will contact you within 10-15 minutes.
(Please keep in mind you are scheduled a half hour early for your first appointment to allow you adequate time to complete your initial paperwork if you did not download and complete it at home.)
