St. Elizabeth Billing
At St. Elizabeth Healthcare, we strive to make the billing process convenient and easy for you to understand. Any information about general billing can be found here or if you have specific questions about your account, you can always contact a customer service representative in our Patients Accounts department at (859) 655-4100 or (800) 913-5520.
Please keep in mind that your bill covers services provided by the hospital. You may receive separate bills directly from your personal physician, emergency room physician, surgeon, anesthesiologist, pathologist, radiologist or other physician consultants.
If you have recently changed insurance companies or if your address has changed, please be sure to notify one of our representatives in Patient Accounts.
For our insured patients, it is important that you present your current insurance card at each visit for us to bill your insurance properly. A delay in providing accurate insurance information can cause St. Elizabeth to bill you.
For our uninsured or underinsured patients, please note that we do have several programs available to help settle your account. These programs are based on household income, household size, and other requirements. If you would like further information on our financial assistance programs, please contact our Customer Service department at (859) 655-4100.
