The holidays are never an easy time to think about eating healthily. That’s why St. Elizabeth Healthcare and Remke Markets have teamed up to help you and your family learn how to make healthy holiday eating choices. In addition, we will be covering how to read nutrition labels and how that can make a big difference in what foods you choose for you and your family.

On hand will be Lindsey House, Certified Dietician from St. Elizabeth Healthcare to discuss the importance of proper nutrition and exercise to our overall health. In addition to the presentation, cooking demonstrations will be conducted by Remke bigg’s own Chef Larry Anderson with tastings offered after each presentation.

This event is free and open to the public but those who wish to pre-register will have their names put into a drawing for Remke Markets gift cards, pump perks and more (must be present to win). Please register and attend one of our sessions at 10 a.m. or 11 a.m.
