The Cardiac/Stroke Risk Screening helps you recognize and lower your risk for heart disease. It includes a blood cholesterol profile and a private counseling session with an experienced cardiac registered nurse to evaluate your personal risk of heart disease and how you can reduce your overall risk. No physician referral is needed to participate and gift certificates are available.
