North Unit, Covington: From I-75 take the 5th Street or 12th Street exit. Continue east to Madison or Scott Street, turn south. Turn east onto 20th Street. St. Elizabeth North Unit will be on the right. Park in Visitors Parking. Enter through the main entrance. Proceed to Registration, just beyond the information Desk. (After hours enter through Emergency Entrance and ask for assistance).

North - Hours of Operation 
Monday-Friday:   7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday:   7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Sunday:   Closed

South Unit, Edgewood: From I-275 loop, take the Turkeyfoot Road exit and turn south. Turn east on either Thomas More Parkway or Dudley Road. Turn onto Medical Village drive. Park in the Patient Parking area. Proceed to Registration, just inside the Patient Entrance. (After hours enter through Emergency Entrance and ask for assistance.)

South - Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday:   7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday:   7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Sunday:   Closed 

Grant County, Williamstown: Coming from the North: Take I-75 South to Exit #156, (Barnes Rd.) Take a left off the exit. Follow hospital signs. Hospital is on the right. Coming from the South: Take I-75 North to Exit #156. Take a right off the exit. Follow hospital signs. Hospital is on the right.

Grant Co. - Hours of Operation:
7 days a week (Mon-Sun):  7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Lab Collection Site, Union: I-75 to Mount Zion Road exit (if traveling south – turn right, if traveling north turn left), travel approximately 2.5 miles to U.S. 42 and turn left, the diagnostic center is approximately ½ mile on your left.

Union - Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday:  7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday:  Closed
Sunday:   Closed
