The word Yoga means “union.”  For thousands of years, it has been used as a way to bring the body, mind and spirit into harmony.  Yoga practice helps to develop balance, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and a deeper sense of well being.

Yoga is suitable for everyone –young and old – and for all levels of fitness.  People of all ages are helped to maintain their health and flexibility.

Holistic Health offers several types of yoga classes to choose from.  All classes are led by certified yoga instructors.  Please consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
