The gentle movements of Tai Chi are designed to balance and circulate the body’s internal energy.

As an exercise system for the mind and body, tai chi is an enjoyable and effective way to reduce stress and avoid mental and physical tension, while helping to cultivate inner spiritual strength and creativity.

St. Elizabeth Holistic Health Center’s six-week workshops are led by accomplished practitioners.  Day and evening series are available for your convenience and discounts are available for PrimeWise members.
