Four Weeks to a New You is a two hour per week commitment to self. This course is taught by licensed healthcare professionals specializing in health & wellness. Included in the sessions are a Wellness Assessment, a Cardiac Risk Profile, and Fitness Assessment that guide the practitioners in designing an individualized approach for participants to finding balance and fulfillment in daily living.

Group Fitness Classes incorporate cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training using group and circuit based training techniques. All are welcome to attend.

Prenatal / Postpartum Fitness Classes combine a unique blend of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training in an ongoing one-hour class.   This program can be done by any preconception, prenatal or postpartum woman (moms and babies, 6 weeks or older), designed to help them fit fitness into life with their new child.

Cancer Fitness Classes are for cancer patients who have had the Initial Visit with the Holistic Exercise Physiologist.  This class is great for people who enjoy a small group setting and want to work together to resume a healthy lifestyle.
