Director
Tina Ray Rich, MSW, LCSW, CEAP
Ms. Rich is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Kentucky, a Certified Employee Assistance Professional and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) under DOT regulations. She has been in clinical practice since 1990. She received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Illinois in 1989. She has been the director of St. Elizabeth Employee Assistance Program since 1994.
Clinical Staff
Kip R. Hatcher, M.A. CADC
Ms. Hatcher is a Licensed Psychological Associate, as well as, a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the State of Kentucky. She has been in post-graduate clinical practice since 1994. She received her Masters in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati in 1994. She has worked at St. Elizabeth Medical Center since 1989, and has been on staff at St. Elizabeth Employee Assistance Program since July of 1999.
Dave Welscher, M.A., LPCC, PCC
Mr. Welscher is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Kentucky and a Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Ohio. He has been in post-graduate clinical practice since 1996. He received his Masters in Counseling from the University of Cincinnati in 1996. He has worked at St. Elizabeth Medical Center since 1990, and has been on staff at St. Elizabeth Employee Assistance Program since November of 1999.
R. Aaron Everhard, Psy. D
Dr. Everhard is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Kentucky and has been in clinical practice since 1992. He received his Masters in clinical psychology from Western Kentucky University in 1992 and completed his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Spalding University in 2000. He has been a member of the St. Elizabeth EAP staff throughout his years in clinical practice.
Rodney A. Valandra, MA, LPCC
Mr. Valandra is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Kentucky and a Professional Counselor in the state of Ohio. He has been in post-graduate clinical practice since 2004. He received his Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Xavier University. He has worked as a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor (CCDC1) in the state of Ohio. He has bee on staff at St. Elizabeth Employee Assistance Program since 2006.
