Family members are closely involved and are encouraged to visit and participate. However, we do ask that you adhere to the following guidelines: Visiting Visitors must attend a family education class prior to visiting a patient. The classes are offered at St. Elizabeth Falmouth. For additional information on the class, please call us at (859) 572-3596. We request that you notify staff in advance of any family members planning to attend the class. All visits must take place in the recreation room. Patients are not to leave the hospital premises. Visitation will be limited to two people and all visitors must be at least 14 years old. Visitors are prohibited from bringing personal items including phones, cameras or bags into the facility. These items will need to be kept in the vehicle. Flowers and Mail Mail is delivered Monday through Saturday. A mailbox is provided in the vestibule for outgoing mail. Flowers are delivered to the nurses’ station. All mail (envelopes or packages) must be opened at the nurses’ station with staff present. Parking Visitors may park in the front parking lot.
