ATTENTION: Please note there have been changes made regarding registration deadlines, late fees, and at door registration. Please thoroughly read the section entitled “Registration Information”.

Phone registration will not be accepted. Any faxes received after the deadline date will be considered “late registration” and the late fee will apply.

A separate and completed registration form must be made out for each program. This applies to programs that may be several days IF contact hours are awarded separately for each day. If you are registering for several programs, you may send one check to cover all programs. Please click here for a detailed list of available classes.
