Audiologists

Carla K. is a Clinical Audiologist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Audiology from The Ohio State University and a master of arts degree in Audiology from
the University of Cincinnati.

She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, a Kentucky license to practice audiology and a Kentucky license to dispense hearing aids. She is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology.

Carla has experience in acute care, ENT clinics and outpatient clinics. Her clinical areas of interest are hearing aid dispensing and pediatric hearing assessment.


Barbara M. is a Clinical Audiologist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from the University of Cincinnati and a master of arts degree in Audiology from Western Michigan University.

She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, a Kentucky license to practice audiology and a Kentucky license to dispense hearing aids. She is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association.

Barb’s experience includes outpatient clinics and acute care. Her area of interest is hearing aids and she enjoys working with clients of all ages.



Speech Pathologists

Michelle B. is a Speech Language Pathologist. She received her bachelor of science degree in Communication Disorders and her master of arts degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Cincinnati.

She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and a Kentucky license to practice speech language pathology.

She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association where she is involved in Special Interest Division 13 – Swallowing and Swallowing Disorders; and Special Interest Division 3 – Voice and Voice Disorders.

Michelle’s main areas of interest are adult dysphagia, voice disorders, vocal cord dysfunction, videostroboscopy and adult neurogenic speech and language disorders. Michelle has worked in the acute care, outpatient clinic, skilled nursing home and home health settings.


Anne H. is a Speech Language Pathologist. She received her bachelor of science degree in Speech Pathology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and her master of science degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.

She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and a Kentucky license to practice speech language pathology. She is a Certified Alphabetic Phonics Therapist.

Prior to joining St. Elizabeth Healthcare, she worked for a public school system, the Meyer Center for Developmental Pediatrics at Texas Children’s Hospital, and a private practice in Houston, Texas.

Her areas of expertise include: evaluation and treatment of birth to three and preschool language development; developmental disorders including apraxia of childhood and autism spectrum; and school age language learning differences, specifically dyslexia.


Katie J. is a Speech Language Pathologist. She received her bachelor of science degree in Communication Disorders from Eastern Kentucky University and a master’s degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Kentucky.

She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and a Kentucky license to practice speech language pathology.

Katie has experience in acute care and outpatient clinics. Her areas of interest include: articulation, pediatric oral motor feeding, language and adult rehabilitation.


Sarah K. is a Speech Language Pathologist. She received her bachelor of health sciences in Communication Disorders from the University of Cincinnati and her master of arts in Speech Pathology from University of Kentucky.

She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and a Kentucky license to practice speech language pathology.

Sarah has experience in acute care, rehabilitation hospitals, school systems and outpatient clinics. Her areas of interest are adult rehabilitation and dysphagia.


Stacey W. is a Speech Language Pathologist. She received a bachelor of science from the University of Cincinnati and a master of science from the University of South Carolina.

She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and a Kentucky license to practice speech language pathology.

Stacey has experience with acute care and outpatient clinics. Her areas of interest include Parkinson’s disease, dysphagia and neonatal feeding and dysphagia.



Support Staff

Diane H. is a Medical Secretary. She is a graduate of Holy Cross High School in Latonia, KY.

Throughout her career with St. Elizabeth Healthcare she has worked in the Admitting, Data Processing and Private Duty Departments.
